Our acrylic prints are typically set for printing, assembly, and packaging within a few hours after they're placed to ensure that your art reaches you promptly. This quick turnaround time means the window for cancelling an order is very short. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@bloozee.com. While we can't guarantee cancellation once printing has begun, we will do our best to assist you before your order is processed.

Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our acrylic prints, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size/design selection. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact our customer service within 30 days at info@bloozee.com for a free replacement or refund. Please submit a clear photo of the issue using our "Contact" form for assessment. Note that we cannot replace or refund items incorrectly sized by customer choice, aiming to ensure satisfaction with every purchase.
